The Me Time Rest Sesh is a short, intentional relaxation experience created for those moments when you don’t have time for a full spa day—but you still need a moment to yourself.
Available in 15- or 30-minute sessions, each Rest Sesh combines intentional touch, subtle sensory elements, and uninterrupted time to simply be still. Think of it as an upgraded power nap with purpose.

How Group Gifting Works

Step 2: After filling out the form, you’ll be redirected to purchase your Rest Seshes in one order.
Step 3: Please allow up to 48 hours for preparation. We’ll contact you to confirm the details and take care of the rest.
