A card is required to secure your appointment, but you will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment is collected after your service is complete, and you’re always welcome to use a different payment method at checkout.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file. We understand that life happens, and true emergencies are always handled with care and communication.
